Movie Night at St. Paul’s – Jan. 29th
The Tree of Life, starring Brad Pitt, Sean Penn and Jessica Chastain. This movie follows the life journey of Jack, the eldest son of a Texas family in the 1950s. From the innocence of childhood to his disillusioned adult years, Jack tries to reconcile a complicated relationship with his father and seek answers to the origins and meaning of life.
Potluck dinner at 5 pm, movie at 7 pm.
Annual Congregational Meeting – Feb. 19th
Meeting to discuss budget and future of St. Paul’s. Light lunch after 11 am service, followed by meeting.
Bible Study – starting soon on Wednesday evenings 730 pm to 9 pm
“That You May Believe” - the outstanding Kerygma resource on the Gospel of John. Each session leads you through the text, drawing attention to the most important points and making connections to other books in the Bible or to church doctrine, and concludes with questions for research and reflection.
